Future Global Sports Launches Women’s Football Division and Signs First Two Rising Stars

London, 30th September 2025

Future Global Sports, a leading UK-based sports management consultancy, is proud to announce the launch of its dedicated Women’s Division, as we expand our success in sports management and consultancy into the women’s game.

The FGS Women’s Division launches with the announcement of two exciting new signings: Lily Peterson, 17, a dynamic young forward at Crystal Palace Women, and Natalia Makowska, 18, an exciting attacking winger at QPR Women.

The Women’s Division will provide full-service management for female athletes, including career representation, commercial partnerships, media strategy, and personal brand development. It will operate as a cornerstone of FGS’ growth strategy and a statement of intent in our efforts to help shape and develop the future of football in an equitable and sustainable way.

By investing in a dedicated Women’s Division, Future Global Sports aims to ensure aspiring girls and women seeking a career in football receive the same bespoke guidance and opportunities as their male peers, under the guidance that has seen the company grow from strength to strength in the men’s game since its founding in 2015.

“Women’s football is entering a defining era,” said Jonathan Fadugba, co-founder and director of Future Global Sports. “I have seen it defined by some as in its start-up phase, but recent years and successes have seen it transition to what is now a rapid growth phase. The momentum behind the women’s game is unprecedented - domestically England’s Lionesses continue to win titles and attract new admirers, and the changes at domestic level to the league structure promise even further evolution and growth.”

“The establishment of our Women’s Division and signings of Lily and Natalia reflect our excitement to enter the women’s football space and demonstrate our commitment to offering our services in this exciting area of football. We believe strongly in the future of women’s football and are pleased to work with two upcoming young talents who are full of potential and keen to develop.”

Lily is a rising star at Crystal Palace who joined the club in 2024. She has represented Middlesex Schools FA and JPL Representative Teams, where she was the top goalscorer for both teams scoring 28 goals in just 23 appearances and winning the Golden Boot.

Natalia is a dynamic, speedy attacking right winger who has two goals for QPR in 2025/26 after joining in January. Previously she was also a prolific scorer for Chesham United Women.

Recent years have seen women’s football attract record-breaking attendances globally, media audiences, and sponsorship deals. This rapid growth isn’t just reshaping the industry but also inspiring new generations of athletes and fans. The Women’s Division will form the foundation as part of Future Global Sports’ wider long-term strategy.

Alongside representing elite professionals, the FGS Women’s Division will work towards the greater commercialisation of the women’s game, via the responsible sourcing and collaboration with strategic commercial partners who fit the values that FGS and our athletes stand for. We will also collaborate with grassroots organisations to strengthen development pathways, ensuring sustainable growth for girls playing the sport at every level.

“We are proud to join the movement driving women’s football forward,” added Fadugba. “Lily and Natalia are just the beginning. We believe in their futures, and in the wider role the women’s game will play in shaping football worldwide.”
