Lancelot Pollard signs with Future Global Sports

Future Global Sports is delighted to announce that Lancelot Pollard has appointed us to represent him on an exclusive, worldwide basis.

Once considered one of the most exciting young attacking talents anywhere in Europe, Pollard, 18, is a winger with devastating dribbling skills, elite close control and all the physical and technical attributes - pace, acceleration, athleticism - to be a leading prospect in the future.

Lancelot began his career in the academy at Aberdeen FC, and was one of the most highly-coveted prospects in Scottish football after impressing so much he was called up The Dons’ Under-18s team at just 14 years old.

His electric performances at academy level attracted significant interest. Pollard received call-ups to the Scottish national youth teams and made his debut for Scotland Under-17s in 2023 against Switzerland.

He was linked in the Scottish media with moves to English giants Liverpool and Manchester United, but in April 2022 it was Scottish giants Rangers FC that swooped to sign Pollard from Aberdeen for a five-figure development fee.

At Rangers, the youngster played in games against Europe’s top academies, including Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, and scored the winner for Rangers U16s in a 1-0 win against PSG U16s in a team that included now-PSG first teamers and UEFA Champions League winners Senne Mayulu and Quentin Ndjantou.

Pollard at this point attracted interest from some of the world’s biggest clubs. He trialled at Borussia Dortmund and Danish giants FC København, and eventually left Rangers for the Netherlands in 2023, joining Sparta Rotterdam’s academy.

After a season in the Netherlands the youngster left Sparta in 2024 to return to his native Scotland, signing for Scottish League One side Montrose FC in January 2025, before moves to Albion Rovers and then Clydebank FC in Scotland’s Lowland League in October 2025.

“He’s 18-years of age and is an amazing young talent,” his manager at Clydebank, Gordon Moffat, commented after completing the deal. “We know he’ll still have wee bits of pieces to learn how to fit in with us off the ball but what a talent he is. He’s got that real youthful energy and enthusiasm and everyone can see his ability on the ball.”

At Future Global Sports we continue to be a destination top young talents are choosing to work with to help represent and guide their journey in football. We feel that Lancelot is a player of huge untapped potential, and our mission is to help him take the right strategic steps to help get back to the levels we are sure his precocious, unique talent is capable of.

We are excited to work together to help offer Lancelot our guidance and knowledge of football as he looks to improve and realise his full potential in the years to come. The hard work starts now.

Welcome to FGS, Lancelot.

Future is Pollard!
