Come and join us: Head of Women's Football - Future Global Sports

Are you passionate about women’s football and keen to play a role in helping shaping the careers of the next generation of elite women’s football talent? Because at Future Global Sports we are currently looking for an ambitious and passionate Head of Women’s Football to join the FGS team.

About the Role

Established in 2025, our Future Global Sports Women’s Division is our women’s football arm working with rising stars of the women’s game.

In this role, you’ll work closely with professional and semi-professional footballers across different divisions, clubs and commercial brands, helping guide the next generation of players through their journey in the football world. From scouting and signing new talents to negotiating contracts, advising in career planning and creating commercial opportunities, our Head of Women’s Football will take on a big role as a key point of contact for our FGS Women’s Division.

As well as working with our existing talents, our Head of Women’s Football will also help build and manage a portfolio of players, supported by our current team, and become a key point of contact for clubs, commercial partners and players, helping take our Women’s Division to the next level both on and off the pitch.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for women’s football who is ambitious and comfortable building things. Process-driven, proactive, friendly, with a business mind, who is also adaptable to the dynamic nature of the sports industry. Experience in sports management or player representation is welcome but not essential.

Our Head of Women’s Football will become a trusted advisor helping players develop, building relationships with players and their families and maximising opportunities commercially and on the field to help them realise their career goals and dreams.

The role could suit any of the following:

  • Someone already working in a corporate and/or commercial role and looking to transition into the  sports or football industry

  • Those with experience in player care / coaching in the women’s game

  • Postgraduate or graduates in the fields of business management / commerce / marketing or sports science

  • Those with experience in leadership roles working with women in different fields and looking to widen their horizons in the sporting world and help the next generation of girls

  • Social media managers / content creators / influencers working in sport or with connections to women’s football

  • Those wanting to contribute to the growth of the women’s game and immerse themselves in the exciting landscape that is women’s football in 2026

Though we are flexible in terms of total weekly hours and commitments, this part-time role will involve travel and working hours outside of the regular 9-5pm e.g. weekends watching games to scout players / identify talent or support our clients. Fluency in English is required and additional languages will be a bonus.

Please note: The role will begin on a commission only plus bonus structure, scaling up upon performance KPIs, and would suit someone eager to build and scale alongside an existing role or looking for hands-on experience to build a career in sport.

FIFA Agent Licence

Though possession of a FIFA Agent Licence is preferred, we are open to the Head of Women’s Football being someone from a non-footballing background. As well as working with players, much of the work will involve building processes and relationships commercially, including brands involved in sports (e.g. Nike / New Balance) or those relevant to the women’s game.

To represent players in football-related transactions like transfers or contract negotiations, you must have a FIFA Agent licence, but our team is licensed and therefore we are flexible in structure. If you don’t have such a licence, we will provide support and tailor the role for the right person.

Apply

If you are keen to get involved and help shape the future of women’s football, please send a CV to contact@futureglobalsports.com, alongside a brief covering letter or paragraph explaining via email any relevant experiences and why you would be a good fit for the position.

We look forward to hearing from you!
